Yolanda Morley McKay

 Intuition TLC was founded by Yolanda in 2010 and has grown extensively over recent years in learning and development, HR and education.

Yolanda has been working in education for the past 10 years and is a Graduate Member of the CIPD. She believes that getting the right staff, performing at the right level and being held to account by effective leaders is key to school improvement and pupil progress.

Through her work as an accredited Training and Development Agency (TDA) trainer she facilitated Local Authority events focusing on projects such as Workforce Reform, Performance Management and Extended Schools. She has a Diploma in Positive Impact Coaching and regularly coaches senior school leaders as well as teachers. Yolanda was also the HR & Training Manager at HTI where she led on many of the Company’s programmes and services including the ‘Black Country Challenge’ project.

Sian Case

Sian is an experienced coach and facilitator of adult learning, specialising in education. She has designed and delivered a wide range of learning events for experienced and new Headteachers, senior leadership teams and middle leaders, most frequently around issues of leadership, change management, team building, recruitment and selection and performance management. She is the co-creator of Fit For Change, the productive learning programme that equips school leaders with the confidence, skills and tools to lead any change project for the rest of their careers. She is also the author of “Leading Change in Schools, a Practical Handbook” (Bloomsbury) and has worked as an accredited facilitator and designer of learning for the National College, Manchester University and the Training and Development Agency.

Wendy Baxter

After a long career in NHS management working predominantly in IT and change management, Wendy retrained in the education sector. Wendy began her career in education in 2004 starting out as an ICT teacher in a secondary school and was quickly promoted to middle leadership level. After accumulating a wealth of experience in education Wendy was successfully accepted to work on the Future Leaders programme in 2010. Since then she has taken on a series of interim positions in challenging schools gaining a wide variety of experience along the way.
